Members self-serve
Members submit their own registration, update their address, contact and bank details, view their grant history, and apply for grants — all from their own login. The trust office stops being a typing pool.
Hapū-level approval
Registrants apply. Verifiers triage. Hapū Admins approve at hapū level. Site Managers finalise — and successful grants flow straight to the bank direct-credit file. Every state change audited.
Custom-coded forms
Every grant form is custom-coded from your existing PDF. The web form captures exactly what your trust needs, with validation on the fields that need it.
Yours alone
Each trust gets its own database and its own admin space — not shared with any other organisation we host. Hosted privately in Aotearoa, by us.

Per grant you have running. Two grants live — say Education and Kaumātua — is $98/mo on top of the base.
