With our subscription service, you can easily manage grant applications, track and communicate with applicants, create payment files, and easily extract information, all in one convenient platform. Security
Each trust has its own website and database “space” and not shared with other trusts. The technology used to develop, maintain and host the systems is precise and specialised, which allows us to have full control and security of the system, the code, and its IP.
Pricing
Our service offers a base subscription fee of $199 per month per trust, which includes access to our system for managing grant applications. Additionally, there is a fee of $49 per active grant per month, which allows you to manage multiple grants simultaneously. This means that if your trust offers two active grants (for example Education and Kaumatua) during the same month, you will only pay an additional $98 per month.
There is a one-time setup fee of $1499 per grant PDF form, which covers the custom coding of the PDF form to a web page and integrating it into our secure grant payment system. We use custom coding to meet your trust’s unique grant form needs, rather than relying on unreliable conversion tools. This ensures that your grant application process is efficient, professional, and tailored to your specific requirements.
